Returns & Refunds

Kent-Made is committed to providing the best customer service available. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us before sending a return.

For large orders we may arrange to send you a sample to approve first.

Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been damaged by you after receipt. All products come with a 3 month warranty which covers any damage that has occurred through regular use.

We will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of delivery) on receipt of unused goods. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please include the receipt and a note saying who you are and whether you want a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour. Send this all to us at the address below in the original packaging to:

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 
Your right to cancel: You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by contacting our support team.
